Alexandria Apartments
Holliday Builders completed a major interior remodeling of this complex of more than 800 units. The project included remodeling all of the kitchens and bathrooms in the complex, and installing new light fixtures and carpeting throughout to make the units more competitive within the local market. In addition to the interior work, Holliday craftsmen removed and replaced all fifth-story balcony fences on the apartments, providing new ornamental ironwork and fencing.

College Square Apartments
This project required a full exterior rehab, and Holliday installed new roofing, siding, paint, pavement and lighting. Holliday also renovated the pool, resident fitness center and resident computer center, installed a putting green, improved the foundation and replaced the boilers.

The Park at Voss
Holliday Builders helped the owners reposition this 33-year-old property in the market with extensive interior and exterior work. The $5 million project included replacing the elevator, renovating the club house with a fitness center, café, computer center, office and club room, rehabilitating three pools, providing new fences, gates and security system, replacing shutters, sidewalks and paving, installing a new roof, remodeling balconies and painting over 800 untis.

Town Oaks South
Holliday Builders worked with the owners to secure an insurance settlement on this property. They provided all-new roofs throughout the complex of over 40 buildings and installed new Hardiplank siding and trim.

Walnut Bend/Windsor Park Apartments
This property consists of two side-by-side apartment complexes previously rated as “C-minus,” which the owner purchased together. In addition to a complete exterior rehab, including pools, paint, roofing, siding and fencing, Holliday added amenities like a children’s recreation room, resident fitness and computer centers and laundry upgrades to bring the apartments up to a “B” status—providing higher income with a better position in the market, higher occupancy rate and fewer delinquencies.
